We look at your budget, CPF, loan, sale proceeds and other costs.
3️⃣ I Explain Your Options
I explain the advantages, disadvantages and possible risks in simple language.
4️⃣ I Give You My View
If I think something makes sense, I will tell you. If I have concerns, I will tell you those too.
5️⃣ You Make The Final Decision
It is your property and your money. My role is to help you make a better-informed decision.
No Sugar-Coating
I don't believe every property is a "good buy". And I don't believe everyone needs to buy, sell or upgrade immediately.
Sometimes my advice may be:
